We are Indivisible.
SVI is a grass-roots, community-driven group of neighbors who believe that a healthy democracy starts locally — and that real change comes from ACTION.
We are residents of Snoqualmie, North Bend, Fall City, and the surrounding valley who come together to support democracy, defend human and civil rights, and build a more just, inclusive, and compassionate community. Some of us are longtime organizers; many of us are new to civic engagement. What unites us is a shared belief that local voices matter, and that showing up together makes a difference.
SVI is a community rooted in mutual support, but we are also purposefully action-oriented. We make space for connection, learning, and care — and we channel our shared concerns into meaningful, constructive action. Rather than stopping at frustration or venting, we focus on what we can do: organizing, educating, advocating, and responding in ways that move our community forward.
Our work centers on local civic engagement with real-world impact. We organize community actions, host meetings and conversations, provide civic education, and show up — together — when it matters. This includes holding elected and appointed officials accountable, supporting policies aligned with our values, and preparing our community to respond thoughtfully and responsibly to issues that affect our neighbors.
We strive to make participation accessible and welcoming. Not everyone can attend every rally, meeting, or action — and that’s okay. We believe there are many ways to contribute, and we aim to meet people where they are, offering clear pathways to get involved in ways that feel sustainable and meaningful.
• Action over apathy
• Community support paired with collective responsibility
• Local action has national impact
• Democracy works best when everyone can participate
• Solidarity, kindness, and accountability can coexist
• Learning, growth, and joy are part of sustainable activism
